Bio

 As a coach and teacher, I offer a unique blend of "hard" and "soft" skills.  In business, I co-founded a successful finance company, was a corporate intrapreneur at HP and Kohler, did management consulting in Europe, and earned my MBA at Stanford.  On the personal development side, I am an internationally certified coach (ACC, CPCC) with a life-long interest in human growth and potential.  Using all of the above, I help my clients make successful transitions, create thriving businesses/careers, and find new happiness and engagement in the process.

Bio

​Sara Douglas is an innovative, versatile and results-focused coach delivering coaching and leadership programs to high-potential managers and executives in business and public sector.  To her clients, she offers a unique blend of hard and soft skills.  She is a credentialed professional coach who also has real world business experience including:


  • Co-founding a commercial finance company and running it for 15+ years.
  • Building businesses for HP and Kohler for 12+ years.
  • Working in Europe as a management consultant.


Drawing on all of the above, she provides clients with practical tools and approaches together with state-of-the-art personal development practices. 


Sara is an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and earned her MBA at Stanford.  Her clients include Gap Inc., Sandia National Laboratories, University of New Mexico, the Air Force Research Laboratory and US Forest Service (both through Keystone International), New Mexico Mutual, Ben E. Keith Co., and other businesses.


A California native, she now resides in Albuquerque, NM, where she enjoys hiking and skiing in the mountains and cultivating a healthful lifestyle.  She also savors national and international travel, both for business and pleasure.
